DISTILL THE RFC
Run the Distillation once. It reads your ACF, RFC, Throughline, Power Identity, and Stories from Firebase and produces the three foundation pieces: the RFC Portrait, the Readiness Verdict, and the Outpost Map. Re-run only when your corpus changes.
